Accelerating Healing with Advanced Growth Factor Technology
REGEN-D® 60 is a Human Epidermal Growth Factor produced using recombinant technology.
It is a new-generation therapy with a novel factor for first and second-degree burns and skin grafts. Regen-D® 60 has been widely researched and documented.
Regen-D® 60 regenerates faster and halves the healing time taken for first-and second-degree burns, and skin grafts.
This rhEGF gel is available in 7.5 g & 15 g and is stable at room temperature.
Uses of REGEN-D® 60
REGEN-D® 60 is used to treat a variety of skin injuries and conditions that require enhanced regeneration. Some of the most common uses of this advanced growth factor therapy include:
Burn treatment
REGEN-D® 60 helps to regenerate skin faster and more effectively for individuals suffering from burns, minimizing scarring and promoting smoother healing.
Post-surgery care
After skin grafts or surgical procedures, REGEN-D® 60 aids in faster wound closure and optimal graft integration, reducing recovery time.
Chronic skin conditions
It can be beneficial for treating slow-healing wounds, ulcers, and other skin conditions that require tissue regeneration.
General skin rejuvenation
REGEN-D® 60's regenerative properties also make it a useful tool for promoting overall skin health and recovery from various skin injuries.
By promoting cellular regeneration, REGEN-D® 60 reduces the time required for healing, providing faster recovery for patients.
Indications for REGEN-D® 60
REGEN-D® 60 is a breakthrough treatment designed to aid in the faster regeneration of skin in cases of first and second-degree burns, as well as for skin grafts. This Human Epidermal Growth Factor (rhEGF) gel, produced using advanced recombinant technology, provides a novel approach to accelerate healing and improve recovery outcomes. The primary indications for REGEN-D® 60 include:
First-degree burns
Mild burns that affect only the outermost layer of the skin.
Second-degree burns
Burns that extend into deeper layers of skin, causing blisters and redness.
Skin grafts
To enhance the healing and integration of transplanted skin tissue.
By promoting cellular regeneration, REGEN-D® 60 reduces the time required for healing, providing faster recovery for patients.

REGEN-D®60 is developed from recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF). An epidermal growth factor is a small mitogenic protein that is involved in mechanisms such as normal cell growth, wound healing, and reduces the healing time. It is a topical gel used for first- and second-degree burns& donor site skin grafts.

REGEN-D® 60 is composed of 60 µg of rhEGF & REGEN-D® 150 is developed from150 µg of rhEGF. The indications for both the products are different. REGEN-D® 60 is indicated for 1st& 2nd degree burns and donor site skin grafts. REGEN-D® 150 is a topical gel used for diabetic foot ulcers, bed sores (pressure ulcers) and venous leg ulcers.
Recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) facilitates diverse array of cellular pathways to promote wound healing & tissue recovery. EGF promotes migration, proliferation, cytoprotection, cellular differentiation, collagen synthesis and inhibition of apoptosis. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are enzymes responsible for collagen & other protein degradation in extracellular matrix (ECM) that is essential for wound re-epithelialization.
